almost like being in love

sometimes my food cravings are the worst. when i get that urge to eat something, i just can’t seem to push the food out of my thoughts. it’s an ache that only having exactly what i want can ease.

last week it was tuna sashimi. and not just any tuna sashimi..it had to be just right. the right firmness, the right smell, the right texture, the right color, and the right soy sauce. i hit the jackpot yesterday after 3 previous attempts, and it was almost like being in love.
