Last night was even worse. The itchies were horrible dots that merged into itchier continents on my skin. Red raised patches that itched to the bone and no amount of scratching, caressing or cold water could soothe.
It was now or never.
I have vials of Benadryl IV/IM and a disposable syringe for times like these. But [...]
I broke out in hives last night. I couldn’t sleep for all of the itching everywhere. (and I mean, EVERYWHERE!) All the way into places that proved unappealing to scratch.
I really don’t know what triggered it.
