Back from a looooong weekend!

Thursday-Friday dives were a blur. (literally) The run-off hid our sites but not enough for us to bump into the fish..(it would have been extraordinary to have fish collide into my face..or mask..)

The Mister took me to Baguio..heehee..very cold up there..and hot and sticky down here. We left early last Saturday and got back today. Wish we could’ve stayed..if only for the cold!

Walter stinks because we had to leave him with two days worth of fish. He wasn’t very happy to see us back. I think he liked the peace and quiet he had while we were away.

My dive gear from Friday smelled funny. The entire other bathroom smelled funny from my wet gear. (yuck) Tomorrow I promise to shampoo my wetsuit (it wasn’t as tight a fit as I expected, thank goodness I’m not that fat just yet!) and rinse and dry off my BCD properly.

I’ve got a long shopping list for tomorrow too..and my sister Adel is coming for a two night stay! (extended birthday celebration!)

A lot of people sent me birthday greetings through SMS and email..my brother dropped by today with chocolate cake! (I’m going to die from too much chocolate..) And it was nice..and we talked for a bit but he couldn’t really stay for lunch..it was all left-overs anyway, so it was probably better that he didn’t stay..saved himself really.

I should be posting something properly soon..My head’s still up in the clouds. But it’s all christmas parties and a gazillion other things to do before the christmas weekend so..wah! I’ll probably be near tears this Friday when we pick-up the Mister’s aunt and I’m yet to be done with everything we both need for the weekend. I have high hopes though.

Someone’s getting married next week and I haven’t thought about what to get them..eep. ‘Tis the season to cram indeed.

But I’m still reeling from the cold weekend. Still warm from the long walks. Still smiling from all the hand-holding. Still blushing from the headache cures.
